The U.S. Corporation

After the first World War, the United States filed Articles of Incorporation in the State of Florida.  The address of the board members was located in New York and the business office was in Tallahassee, Florida.  This allowed the government to do business in the Continental United States territories as well as the District of Columbia where the government convened.
