The Dead Baby Scam
In order to increase the monetary credit of the United States corporation, hospitals required their staff to register all post–natal material as still born or as a dying person. The name used by the parents to register their child is duplicated as a fictitious person with an Estate given over to the government. This practice was copied from a similar program in England and is also happening in many other countries as well.
The parent or parents of the child are given a registration form that must be completed in the hospital. Some hospitals refuse to discharge the baby to the parents until they have filled out this form and may even go so far as to report the parents to child protective services. Because of this, the informant(s) can claim they signed the registration under duress or at the very least under coercion. Parents rarely ever understand what the registration process is really all about.
So what's the big deal?
Each child born in the United States is given a number once they are registered. This number is called a CUSIP – Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedure. This number not only keeps track of birth statistics, according to an article in the March 1951 edition of Eugenical News, the birth certificate number "cannot be duplicated until one hundred years have passed." This makes the identifier to be used to "keep track of persons, their rights, or their documents."
Each state has a three digit code similar to a telephone area code to designate which state the birth certificate number comes from. The next two numbers designate the year a person is born and the remainder is like a serial number. This allows an individual to be tracked very specifically in all kinds of records and databases. There has even been suggestion that these numbers are traded on the stock exchange as credit for a Trust. In other words, each person is worth a certain sum of credit based on their demographics and how long they can work in the economic system of our country.
After registration, the "Birth Certificate" is issued to the parents and the "Certificate of Live Birth" is kept on record with the Birth CUSIP number. In order to cover the failing economy and the huge debt of the first World War, in 1933, the corporate goverment determined each individual would be worth $630,000 United States Dollars. This amount is then used as credit for the US Corporation. Some believe every certificate has a bond in this amount or higher to compensate for inflation. However, there is no difinitive proof that this claim is true.
