Changing Your Status
The main reason for changing our status is to tell the CORPORATE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES that we are tired of being their slaves for credit and are choosing to return to the fundamental principles that were established by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence and the original Constitution of the united States of America. Our Founding Fathers left England in search of a new land not ruled by Kings and Queens, but by the people and for the people. This land used to be a free country that allowed the people to speak for their own betterment, raise their children how they saw fit, and practice whatever form of religion or spirituality that they believed in. Somewhere along the way, however, we lost many of those rights in exchange for "security" and to create wealth for those put in charge of our nation and our laws. Freedom now comes with a very steep price.
So, where do we start?
- Order your Certificate of Live Birth from the State Registrar of the state in which you were born.
This is the LONG form of a Birth Certificate that your parents applied for under duress and being uninformed of the true purpose of registration. - Take that Certificate of Live Birth to a Notary and have them make a few "Certified" Copies.
- Send your original Certificate of Live Birth to the Secretary of State in your State and ask them to "Authenticate" your Certificate.
- Send your Authenticated Certificate of Live Birth to the Secretary of State in Washington, District of Columbia, and ask them to
"Authenticate" your Certificate using their request Form.
This double Authenticated Certificate now proves that you are a living, breathing man or woman born on the land and soil of the State Republic you were originally born in.
The next steps will give you information on how to reclaim your Status as a natural born native of the united States of America and how to record that information to create a lawful set of documents.
After each document explanation, there will be a link to the template for that document. The templates are in ott format which is used with Apache® Open Office software. If you use Microsoft® Word or Office software, they should be able to read the document. However, you may need to reformat in your program before printing the final document. Also, all templates will need to be edited to contain your personal information as well as select he or she where noted in red. After READING the complete and edited document, you will change the print color to black unless otherwise noted. Then you need to have a NOTARY available for the majority of documents before you sign them. They can be recorded in most counties at the Recorder of Deeds office together as one document. You will need to ask your Recorder for a "Cover Sheet" that is acceptable for all documents to be recorded together. There is also a template available on this site that uses Missouri's Cover Sheet requirements.

Changing your Status used to require an Affidavit of Repudiation (AOR); however, as of 2023, this document has been dropped from this method. Also note, you should get each document notarized as an individual document and include with the full set in the above order. The optional documents should only be done if you so choose; but, you should include a "Baby Deed" for each of your minor children with two Witness Testamony Affirmations for each child. After the child is eighteen (18),he or she is considered an adult and can decide his or her own status.
Once you have compiled all of the documents and the Notary Affidavits, you will record the entire packet as one document using your county's Cover Sheet. There is a Cover Sheet provided in the templates section that can be used for Missouri. These are based upon applicable laws and may vary according to your State and or County rules and regulations. Recording as a single document will also save you the minimum recording fee for each separate document. The price is set by statute for each State and may vary according to the type of document being filed. When I filed as a single document, the cost was under thirty dollars. You can ask what the maximum recording fee is and if there is an additional charge per page to get an idea of what you will need.
If your county Recorder will not accept the document, you may request the reason to be given in writing. You can also record the document in any other county in your state. You do not have to record where your domicile (home) of record is located. Nevada, Florida, and Minnesota have a reputation for not giving anyone problems in recording. If your Recorder gives you a hard time about keeping the documents together in a single packet, ask very politely if there is some kind of special procedure for recording documents together; since, keeping them together is of paramount importance. Even if they are reluctant, kindness goes a long way to getting things done. Click on each document to be taken to the course page for that particular document. Don't worry, all courses are free.
We do accept donations to help with site upkeep costs and for special consulting cases. However, basic lessons will always remain free.
